Rachael Quinn, CPDT-KA (Facility Manager/Trainer)

Rachael, a native of Queens, NY, grew up with a miniature dachshund named Jamie. She eagerly trained Jamie to perform tricks like playing dead and sitting prettily, even singing along to "happy birthday" at family gatherings.

After graduating from high school, Rachael pursued her studies at Hunter College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Her research project focused on canine body language and how well people understood it based on surveys. During her studies, Rachael also gained valuable insights into canine behavior while working at a doggy daycare, where she observed and cared for numerous dogs. This experience ultimately led her to establish her own successful dog walking and sitting business, allowing her to deepen her bond with dogs and their families.

However, Rachael desired to make a more significant impact on the lives of dogs and their owners. That's when she discovered The Martial ARFS, a remarkable facility that captivated her with its stunning environment, diverse range of activities, and a training philosophy centered around positive reinforcement. Rachael believed that The Martial ARFS offered exactly what the dogs of New York and their owners needed.

In addition to the ability to pursue her passion, working at The Martial ARFS enabled Rachael to receive the knowledge and develop the skill set necessary to achieve a dog training certification through the Certified Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) one of the most sought after dog training certifications available.
